Ms Brown is currently Deputy Secretary, Strategy & Delivery for NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet. Prior to joining DPC, she was a Partner in the Sydney office of PwC’s Infrastructure and Urban Renewal Business, with a practice that focused on social infrastructure and housing.

Throughout her career, Ms Brown has advised Government and the private sector on outcomes-based procurement of public infrastructure and services. She provides commercial, contractual and strategic advice on the delivery of projects to ensure positive outcomes are achieved, that Government’s objectives are realised, and that an optimal value-for-money and commercial deal is secured for the State and its taxpayers.
